Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to zentpak.com, ZentPak design tools, sample storefront, and related B2B packaging services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Services

ZentPak provides custom packaging design tools, product information, sample ordering, and quote workflows for food, beverage, beauty, and retail brands. Production terms, pricing, MOQ, lead times, and specifications are confirmed in written quotes or purchase orders—not by website estimates alone.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls
• Misrepresent your identity, company, or order intent

Designs, Artwork, and IP

You retain ownership of artwork and brand assets you upload. You grant ZentPak a limited license to use submitted materials to provide quotes, proofs, samples, and production.

AI-generated previews are for planning purposes. Final print-ready files and color accuracy require approved proofs before production.

ZentPak retains ownership of its website, tools, templates, documentation, and proprietary manufacturing know-how.

Orders, Samples, and Payment

Sample and production orders are subject to availability, artwork approval, and confirmed pricing. Payments processed through Shopify or other designated checkout providers are also subject to their terms.

Sample fees validate fit and quality; they are not a guarantee of future production pricing unless stated in writing.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ZENTPAK DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENTPAK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ZENTPAK IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ZentPak against claims arising from your content, misuse of the Services, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
